I started lifting weight around 2 years ago. What got me into fitness is because I was not really happy with how I look which affect my confidence, my height is 182cm but my weight is only 60kg which is not really ideal. Long story short, after about 2 years of consistent training and bulking I got quite decent amount of muscle mass compared to how I look before. 

I managed to gain weight to around 82kg with 15% body fat. Since the beginning my goal is really to get bigger and stronger in the gym each day. I did heavy and low repetition sometimes until failure. But after doing the same workout plan and bulking for long period of time I got bored, slowly I started to lose my motivation.
